What is your refund policy?
All payments made to SynthPilot AI are non-refundable. Due to the digital nature of our services and immediate access to software and automation tools upon subscription, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.
By subscribing to any SynthPilot AI plan, you acknowledge and agree that your purchase is final. Once payment is processed, service access begins immediately, and you waive your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
If a billing error occurs or you experience a technical issue with access, please contact our support team at support@synthpilotai.com within 7 days, and we’ll investigate the matter promptly.
What is our cancellation policy?
By subscribing to a SynthPilot AI plan, you agree to enter into a monthly recurring subscription. Payments are processed automatically each billing cycle using the payment method you provide.
You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Early termination or mid-cycle cancellations will incur a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the remaining term’s value to cover administrative and service access costs.
All payments are non-refundable. By proceeding with the subscription, you acknowledge and accept these terms and agree that services begin immediately upon payment, waiving your right to the 14-day cooling-off period under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
